It should be noted that Gioielleria Fugazzi, before sending the sold goods to the Customer, will file all the documentation necessary to identify the object sent (photographs, certificates and more) and will refund the price only if the returned object is the same as it had previously been sold. If Gioielleria Fugazzi comparing the returned goods with the archived documentation, does not believe that it is the same object, it will not proceed to make any refunds but will merely send the goods back to the buyer subject to reporting the fact to the competent judicial authority.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided for the sale away from business premises, pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005.

The deadline for exercising this right is fourteen days from the date of delivery of the products.
By that date, the customer is required to exercise the right of withdrawal by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to:

WITHDRAWAL FORM

Together with the communication, the customer is required to return the products in the same condition in which they received them at the same address indicated in the registered letter, by courier agreed with Gioielleria Fugazzi, providing adequate packaging to ensure the integrity of the products.
Within ten days of receipt of the registered letter and the products, we will reimburse the customer, by bank transfer, for the costs incurred for the purchase. The whole shipping costs are upon the responibility of the user.
