Shipping and Returns

PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER

To place an order, after choosing a product of your size, click on ADD TO CART then follow the instructions to proceed with payment and complete the order.

International cards and check are also accepted, with the adding of payment systems of NEXI and SATISPAY.

PRICES AND VAT

Prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are charged to the customer if the minimum cost of € 250.00 is not exceeded.

MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER

It is possible to change or cancel an order within the first 24 hours after purchase by contacting Customer Service by calling + 39 02 8646 4975, from Tuesday to Friday from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 15:30 to 18:30 or sending an email to: [email protected]. It will no longer be possible to modify or cancel an order if the order has already been shipped and the reference number has been released.

DELIVERY

Orders placed on www.gioielleriamariofugazzi.it can only be delivered in Italy.
Standard delivery: the products will be delivered within 6 – 8 working days from the order confirmation date. At the time of delivery, the signature of an adult is required. The customer authorizes anyone at the address indicated to receive the product upon delivery.

TRACK THE ORDER

At the time of shipment, a confirmation email will be sent with the reference number. For any questions regarding your order send an email to the following address:   [email protected].

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT

It is possible to return the order to our Boutique within 5 days from the date of purchase to exchange it or to obtain a voucher. Furthermore, it is possible to proceed with a return request by post by contacting our Customer Service.

In case of return replacement of a creation, please double check the following steps:

Please ensure your return or exchange meets the following conditions:
all returns must include the purchase receipt and must be returned in the original packaging. Valuable system that you want to return in the original packaging. Place the package in a shipping box together with the complete return form and the purchase receipt. Make sure the box is sealed and well protected from shocks due to moving.

All returns and exchanges undergo a quality check before being accepted.
